Artist's Statement:
My primary interest lies in the field of printmaking, acrylics, and pastels. I also enjoy drawing, working in collage and experimenting with mixed media. Woodcuts my medium of choice, is a sensitive and a personal art form and I have been working in it since 1987. It allows me to express my graphic art style, while allowing me to experiment with various papers and different coloured inks. I have control over the experimentation, individuality and graphic detail when producing my own hand pulled original prints. It's the procedure and the many steps in producing the final print that intrigues me and keeps me creating.

Of late, I have become interested in ancient designs. Two years ago I began researching Pre-Columbian designs from Peru.
